On June 5, 2026, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Japan Office hosted the “WIPO GREEN Technology Forum 2026: Featuring Japan’s Innovations for a Sustainable Future,” where Aya Ito, Unit Manager of the Marketing Unit, Business Development Division, took the stage to present on behalf of our company.

The forum was held to promote international matching between the advanced environmental technologies of Japanese companies and universities and the specific technology needs of regions across the Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. It drew 989 registrations from Japan and abroad, and a total of 18 companies and universities presented across fields such as semiconductors, waste treatment and recycling, water treatment, renewable energy, and smart agriculture.

In the “Smart Agriculture / Climate-Adaptive Agricultural Technology” field, we introduced our “distributed green ammonia” initiative utilizing the electride catalyst. Following the presentation, an active exchange of views took place regarding the potential applications of our technology in overseas markets and its fit with the needs of each region, as we pursue the social implementation and commercialization of locally-produced green ammonia synthesis to help ensure a stable supply of food and energy and to realize a decarbonized society.
