On June 19, 2025, Tsubame BHB had the honor of welcoming Mr. Romeu Zema, Governor of Minas Gerais, Brazil, along with five accompanying delegates, to our research facility located at Tokyo University of Science.

Governor Zema expressed strong interest in our ongoing decentralized green ammonia and nitrogen fertilizer initiative. He conveyed his expectation that by expanding this model throughout Minas Gerais and across Brazil, our efforts would contribute significantly to strengthening the country’s nitrogen fertilizer supply chain, enhancing food security, and promoting decarbonization.

During the visit, we provided an overview of our electride catalyst technology and decentralized ammonia synthesis system, followed by an engaging discussion. The delegation then toured our research facilities.
