We were honored to host 16 exceptional guests from Laos at our Tsubame BHB Kawasaki Pilot Plant today, as part of the JENESYS program, promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. These bright vocational school, university, and graduate students, specializing or interested in energy, decarbonization, green chemical, visited our pilot plant on March 5th.

At Tsubame BHB, we showcased our green ammonia and low carbon fertilizer production process using renewable energy, a key step towards a decarbonized society and food security.

Local production and consumption of the green ammonia and low carbon fertilizer using locally available renewable energy strengthens the food security and accelerate the transition from subsistence farming to commercial agriculture in the country.

Ammonia is also expected to play an important role as the zero-emission fuel for power generation and hydrogen career for the other industry’s decarbonization.

We hope today’s visit sparked new insights for these future leaders.
